....stamina....

kadang2, bgus jugk kalu spend mase juz 15 minit bersenam....tp, masalah nyer nk ajk kawan2 pom ssh..bersenam jew..klu ajk g bp mall, rmi plak yg mau ngikut...pelik betol..ish3..

ad org ckp, jogg wat per..wat letey jew..mmg la letey, tp bgs utk tgkatkn stamina korg2 nie..isk3...aq pom da takut...takut jantung aq tersumbat ngn lemak2..isk3....muda2, x kn nk ad penyakit lemah jantung, beb...nk enjoy, jantung mest kne kuat...

pada sape2 yg nk join aq bersenam...roger2...aq lagik suke klu ad org ajk main tenis ker, bola tampar ker, bola badminton..faberet aq tyme dOk kat kg..kat cni daa jarang2 main..xtau nape, mebi sbb faktor stadium tgh reconstruc..pape, aq ngah usaha blajar main futsal....balik kg, ajk adek2 aq main futsal dpn umah...keep it up!! hahahaaa3.....
